This Sunday morning Belgian small breads called “pistolets” are wonderfully light, with a crunchy crust and the softest of insides. If you get up early enough, then they come in attached pairs and they’re still hot. Kids definitely become bug-eyed when they see these!
Spécialité belge, les pistolets sont les petits pains légers, moelleux et croustillants du dimanche matin. Si l’on va les chercher de bonne heure, on les reçoit encore chauds et attachés par deux. Auprès des enfants, à tous les coups, ces pistolets font mouche !
