Yessiree, Sean Connery, well before becoming James Bond, pumped iron and competed for the title of Mr. Universe. These two gentlemen remind us that if we aspire to a certain stature in life, it’s smart to offer one’s body the same. We feel better, and radiate another kind of energy. By the way, when are the fitness centers re-opening?
Quel point commun entre Sean Connery, qui vient juste de nous quitter, et Jean-Claude Van Damme ? Tous deux devaient leur ticket d’entrée au cinéma au… bodybuilding ! Yes, Sean Connery, bien avant de devenir James Bond, souleva lui aussi quelques tonnes de fonte et concourut pour le titre de Mister Univers. Ces deux gentlemen nous rappellent que si l’on veut donner une certaine carrure à sa vie, il n’est pas idiot d’en offrir une à son corps. On se sent mieux, on rayonne d’une autre énergie.
